My Tree

This is the tree I chose to post about. This tree is in front of the dorm pondside 1. I chose this tree because I see it every time I leave, and every time come back to my dorm. I like this tree because the branches spread out really wide and makes it look cool. Another thing I like about this tree is the color that the leaves have been this fall. I feel like this tree just kind of looks like a perfect tree. When I think of a perfect tree in my head I think it has to be taller but not super tall, have very nice color throughout the year, not have any spots where there are no leaves, be somewhat symmetrical, and it just has to have a nice shape like wider at the bottom and slowly gets narrower as you go up but it doesn’t get too narrow and I think this tree has these qualities. It has been kind of cool to watch this tree turn color because I have never really picked a tree and watched it for a while. Currently, I think the tree makes the dorm like more inviting. I'm not sure what it looked like in the past other than the past few months. I'm pretty sure it is an oak tree, I'm not sure what type it is specifically. I think another reason I may like this tree is because it similar to a couple trees I used to have at my house. Like this tree they were not super tall, but their branches went out pretty far like these ones do. I will be sad when this tree loses its leaves and is no longer good looking.
